Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency repair service for our existing customers and AMC clients. For new customers, we try to respond within a few hours during working days. Just call our helpline.
We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque and digital payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash). For large projects, we accept staged payments and offer installment plans on certain solar systems.
As a rule of thumb: 1 ton for rooms up to 120 sq ft, 1.5 ton for 120-180 sq ft, and 2 ton for 180-240 sq ft. But the right size depends on factors like ceiling height, sun exposure, number of windows and how the room is used. We do a proper assessment before recommending any AC.
Inverter ACs are more energy efficient (save 30-40% electricity) and quieter, but cost more upfront. If you run AC for more than 6-8 hours daily, inverter is a better long-term choice. For occasional use, non-inverter is fine and cheaper to buy.
We recommend servicing your AC at least twice a year — once before summer (April-May) for deep cleaning, and once during summer for filter cleaning. Regular service extends AC life, reduces electricity consumption and prevents major repairs.
Split AC has one outdoor unit per indoor unit — good for individual rooms. VRF has one large outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units — perfect for buildings where you need multiple rooms cooled with different temperatures. VRF is more energy efficient for large buildings.
Yes, we are authorised dealers for all major brands including Gree, Haier, PEL, Orient and Dawlance. All ACs come with original manufacturer warranty and warranty card.
Approximate costs vary by system type and size. A typical 5kW on-grid system costs around Rs. 600,000–800,000, while a 10kW hybrid system with battery is Rs. 1,500,000–2,000,000. We give exact quotes based on your specific requirements after a site visit.
Most systems pay for themselves in 3-4 years through electricity bill savings. After that, you get free electricity for the next 20+ years. Net metering further reduces your payback time.
Net metering allows you to send excess electricity from your solar panels back to the grid. LESCO/MEPCO credits this against your monthly bill. So when your panels produce more than you use during the day, you're essentially "storing" electricity with the grid. We handle the complete net metering paperwork for you.
On-grid systems don't work during load-shedding (they turn off for safety). Hybrid systems with battery backup continue to work even during outages. Off-grid systems are completely independent of WAPDA. We recommend hybrid systems for areas with load-shedding.
Solar panels come with 10-12 year product warranty and 25-year performance warranty. Inverters typically have 5-year warranty. Batteries (lithium) have 7-10 year warranty. We provide complete warranty documentation and handle any claims.
Yes, our team includes licensed electrical engineers and certified electricians with proper training and experience. We follow Pakistani electrical safety standards on every project.
Yes, we assist with new electricity connection applications including documentation, load calculation, distribution board installation and WAPDA inspection coordination.
We use only branded materials: Pakistan Cables and Fast Cables for wiring; ABB, Schneider, Hyundai for breakers; Clipsal and Legrand for switches. No local or fake products.
An AMC is a yearly service contract where we provide regular maintenance visits, priority response, free repairs (workmanship), and reduced rates on parts. AMC ensures your system runs efficiently and reduces breakdowns.
Yes, we provide 1 year warranty on workmanship for all installations. Equipment warranties are as per manufacturer terms (typically 1-3 years for ACs, longer for solar). We help process any warranty claims.
